The ₦250M NYSC scholarship fund is being shared across 1,562 eligible learners. Each learner receives about ₦160,000 as a part scholarship toward a globally accredited AltSchool tech diploma, and will pay the remaining school fees themselves.

The scholarship support

₦160,000 support for each eligible NYSC learner

The total scholarship fund is ₦250M, and it is being shared between 1,562 eligible corps members, recent NYSC alumni, and people about to serve. That gives each learner about ₦160,000 in part-scholarship support toward a globally accredited AltSchool tech diploma. The scholarship reduces the cost, but learners will still pay the remaining school fees themselves.

This is a part scholarship from the ₦250M shared fund, not a full scholarship. It reduces the cost of your AltSchool diploma.

Laptop support for selected learners

NYSC participants who apply to a course but do not have a laptop for learning can also be considered for laptop support.

This is for applicants who need a device to participate fully in their one-year technical programme.
