Q: If I get a 20% commission, what does the applicant get?

While you receive $4 (or a 20%) commission when an application has been successfully completed, the applicant also receives a 10% discount on application fees, having used your unique referral code.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?

There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. The more you refer, the more you increase your earnings.

Q: What happens if the applicant doesn’t input my code or uses the wrong code?

If an applicant fails to enter your unique referral code or inputs a wrong code, you will lose the 20% commission on their application, while they will also forfeit the 10% application fee discount. The code must be imputed exactly as it appears on the portal.

Q: Where can I find my referral code?

You will find your unique referral code on the student portal portal.altschoolafrica.com. Login to your account; navigate to ‘Earn’ and copy out your code.

If you don’t find your unique referral code, email our support team at support@altschoolafrica.com and we’ll get it sorted.

Q: How do I transfer my earnings into my bank account?

You are required to have a minimum of $10 or N10,000 in your Earn & Learn wallet before new transfers can be initiated.

Q: Do I still receive my commission if an applicant requests an application fee refund?

Application fees are non-refundable. Once an application has been submitted and paid for, the applicant is unable to request or receive a refund.

Q: Must I be a learner at AltSchool Africa to participate in this?

No, you don’t have to be a learner at AltSchool Africa to take advantage of this. All you have to do is create an account on the portal portal.altschoolafrica.com, navigate to ‘Earn’, copy out your unique code and share with those interested.
